Pre-session Preparation Pack

A guided workbook that will help you to start reconnecting with yourself, helping you to uncover your strengths, clarify your values, and explore your dreams. You’ll start noticing what’s been getting in your way and tuning into your inner wisdom. Start your journey with intention and help you get the most out our time together.

The Process

Over three months, we’ll work together to:

1 X 90 MINUTE KICK OFF SESSION

We’ll kick things off with a 90 minute coaching session, held online or in person in Kilkenny if you prefer. In this session we’ll explore what’s important to you. Your previous experience and hopes for the future. Start connecting the dots. I’ll offer coaching tools that will help you to go deeper with identifying your strengths, values, lifestyle goals and career vision.

By the end of this session, you’ll be clearer on your desires and the resources you have to help you get there, and we’ll have crafted a plan of action to help you start making your goals a reality.

3 X 60 MINUTE COACHING SESSIONS

We’ll then have 3 further 60 minute coaching sessions to make sure you feel well supported during the process of making a change. 

Things we might use these sessions for  include dealing with any mindset or confidence blocks, connecting the dots, navigating job applications and preparing for interviews, LinkedIn Profile refresh, developing your plan of action further, or anything else that will support you to meet your goals.

SUPPORT IN BETWEEN SESSIONS

In between sessions you’ll have access to me on email for you to keep me up to date on the progress you are making, your actions and tasks you’re completing. This is the perfect place to get a pep talk before an interview, share any news or check in with progress if you like.

You’ll also have access to a treasure chest of resources for you to dip in and out off. 

When you get crystal clear on what you want and have a clear pathway towards your destination, everything begins to fall into place, and you will flourish and flow.
