Conjuring up mental pictures of your BIG VISION might be a good way to spend your time. It is like yoga for your brain 🧘‍♀️

🧠Giving your mind an opportunity to stretch and re-form itself around the experiences you’d like to have, creating space and energy for them to happen in actuality.

🧠Give your big vision a physical form, make it stick! Make it tangible – get creative, journal it or make a vision board with collages or draw it. Your very own ‘dream board’.

🧠Begin with the end in mind …think big picture…what does getting to the destination – your big vision look like and feel like?

🧠If your big vision is a more fulfilling work life or a new job…. Daydream…what kind of environment does it take place in? who are you working with? what kind of activities are you involved in? what is your salary? what does your work day look like? how many hours do you work and at what rhythm?

If you haven’t gotten around to your 2023 dream board, there’s still loads of time. To help you, here’s some tips to help you get started.

💡Do start a goal journal or get creative with a drawing or collage. Write down your big vision or make a ‘dream board’.

💡Think BBBIIIIIGGGG…

💡Do set specific intentions and identify the actions needed to reach your goals. Set realistic outcomes and time frames for achieving them. Taking small daily actions will help you keep your vision fresh and moving forward.

💡Don’t be surprised if you start experiencing “coincidences” or “chance” events related to your big vision.

💡Do revisit the visioning process on a regular basis. Keep your dream board or journal in a place where you’ll look at it every day. Update it as your big vision evolves.
