Like many of the people I work with, I’ve experienced moments where I had to pause, reflect and make difficult decisions about what came next.
After almost two decades in professional services, I stepped away from a senior role following the birth of my second child to build a coaching practice where I could support professionals in creating careers that feel both successful and aligned.
My own career and life have taught me that growth rarely happens when everything is comfortable. The experiences that challenged me most also taught me to trust myself, communicate more honestly and make decisions that aligned with who I wanted to become. Those experiences shape how I coach today – with compassion, honesty and practical support.
My clients often tell me they leave our coaching conversations feeling calmer, clearer and more confident about their next steps. They value the combination of strategic business experience, professional career guidance and compassionate coaching – support that helps them make confident decisions and take meaningful action.
Clients often describe me as calm, grounded, insightful and gently challenging.
