You don’t need to figure out your next career move. You need space to work out what’s right for you now.

I support professional women to make thoughtful career decisions – without pressure to have it all figured out.

Is this where you are right now?

You might be in the right place if…

  • You’ve outgrown your current role and aren’t sure what you want next.
  • You’re questioning whether it’s time to stay, move on or take a different direction.
  • You’re considering a career change but don’t know where to start.
  • You’re feeling overwhelmed by work and know something needs to change.
  • You want to speak up with more confidence and have your voice heard at work.
  • You’re ready for greater responsibility, but self-doubt is holding you back.
  • You want your work to reflect who you are and what matters to you now.

You don’t need to know the answer yet.

Step back, get clear and make career decisions that feel right.

Meet Maryjane

The best career decisions come from clarity, not pressure. By slowing down, reflecting and reconnecting with what matters, you can make choices that feel right for both your career and your life.

With more than 20 years in professional services, I understand the pressures and realities of professional life from the inside. I combine this experience with career coaching and practical guidance, giving you the space and practical support to make thoughtful career decisions during periods of change.

Whether you’re considering a career change, returning to work, stepping into leadership or simply feeling ready for something different, I’ll help you step back, see the bigger picture and make decisions that feel right for both your career and your life.

See the Bigger Picture

→ I believe the best career decisions aren’t made when we’re rushing, overwhelmed or constantly second-guessing ourselves. They come when we create the space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with our strengths, our values, our wisdom and what matters most.

→ You are the expert in your own life and career. My role is to give you the time and space to think more clearly, see new possibilities and make decisions that feel right for you.

→ My coaching takes a big-picture approach, looking beyond your next role to the career and life you’re creating. I believe you are creative, resourceful and whole — and that sometimes, the work is about reconnecting with those qualities and trusting what you already know.

→ Together, we’ll create space for honest reflection, meaningful conversations and practical action, helping you move forward with renewed confidence and a clear sense of direction.

Testimonials

I reached out to Maryjane after a recommendation from a friend. I was at a crossroads in my career & feeling frustrated by a restructure that was happening in the company I work for. Every other time I've felt like this I've just decided to change companies. This time I felt torn. Although I was frustrated, I could list many positives for my current role, including a chance for progression. On top of that I had a this niggle in the back of my head, that the grass may be greener on a completely different career path. All of these changes & doubt had began to affect my confidence in work. Maryjane's sessions gave me the time and space to really think in depth about what worked for me. Maryjane asked though provoking questions & shared tools and exercises to help me navigate my way to the right choice. Identifying my values and strengths were particularly powerful. My realisation was that my current role is the best fit for me in my current life situation. Since doing the work with MaryJane I have felt my confidence return and grow. Ultimately, I feel like the coaching has helped me to reset to my authentic self. I cannot recommend Maryjane enough- Not only is she a super coach, but an all round lovely person. Our sessions flew by!

I am so grateful that I made the decision to seek career advice from Maryjane when I did. At the time I reached out to Maryjane, I had a few balls up in the air, which was overwhelming and led to extreme decision fatigue. From talking through the various prospects I had on the table with Maryjane, not only did I make great decisions for my career path, but I made great decisions which aligned with me personally. From our sessions, I acquired tools and techniques which I have been able to apply to many other areas in my life since, when making important decisions. On top of all of this, Maryjane was extremely accommodating in scheduling our calls, and for that I am extremely thankful - especially when I was given short notice of an interview and Maryjane made the time to call to prepare me. I cannot recommend reaching out to Maryjane highly enough if you are looking to make the best decisions for your career path which will truly best align with where you are and where you want to go.

I've been meaning to email you for ages! I was offered that role in Dublin City Council that you prepared me for last year, and I started working for them in September. It is going really well! My colleagues are lovely, and the work is varied and (most importantly) aligns more closely with my core values. I have been recommending you to any friends that are having a work-life wobble but don't have the confidence to make a jump. Hope you are keeping well 🙂
